Cancellations & Refunds



Below are New Horizons Indianapolis Cancellation and Refund Policies.

A prospective student will receive a full refund if not accepted by the school. A student receives a full refund if educational services are discontinued by New Horizons Computer Learning Centers. When canceling 3 days prior to the start of class, the student will receive a full refund (less $150 or 25% of the contract price whichever is less). "Opened" courseware is non-refundable. The late cancellation fee must be paid by the student before the student will be allowed to attend another class. If a student fails to attend a class in which they enrolled, the late cancellation fee will be charged. For more information, please contact your Account Executive. Refunds pertain to training only. Refunds will be provided with 30 days of termination. Any credits granted for previous training at other facilities shall not impact the refund policy. Refunds only pertain to courses scheduled at New Horizons of Indianapolis. Student is responsible for signing and retaining a copy of the refund policy. After training begins the following refund policy applies:

A student terminating training is entitled to a refund of:

Within first 10% of program - 90% refund
After 10% but within first 25% of program - 75% refund
After 25% but within first 50% of program - 50% refund
After 50% but within first 75% of program - 25% refund
After 75% of program - No Refund

For the Club programs the refund policy is based on 4 classes representing a complete program, and there will not be a refund.
