You have two options:
Yes! If you need to take a course that is not on our schedule or not available at the right time, we will work with you to find the best solution. Contact your designated sales representative, chat with us, call us at 317-575-7600 or complete the Contact Us Form
We accept Visa, American Express and Master Card. We also accept Pre-Paid Training Coupons, Microsoft Software Assurance Training Vouchers (SATV) or Cisco Learning Credits.
Your credit card will be charged once your order has been confirmed.
After purchasing online, you will receive an email confirming your order submission. This is not your enrollment confirmation. Once we review your order and confirm course availability, you will receive an email with a transaction code which confirms your enrollment. It can take up to 24 hours for final confirmation.
If you need to change or cancel an online purchase please contact us directly at 317-575-7600. We are happy to make any changes or cancellations in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Please note: If you are more than 30 minutes late our policy is to mark you as a "No Show" and we may have to reschedule you to a new date.
Once the evaluation at the end of class is complete, you will be sent a digital copy of your certificate.
If you do not receive a certificate within one business day of the class completion, please check your Spam filter and/or junk mail. If it is not there, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your class is designed to use digital courseware, the code for the digital courseware is located in the class login area under Courseware Notes. (Please review the steps listed below.)
NOTE: You will not get a green check mark next to View Courseware Notes.
